Mr. Raya is the driving force behind the growth and development of DSSPL. His focus is to enable the usage of solar energy everywhere and to spread their web globally in achieving this. Prior to starting DSSPL,

Mr. Raya worked in solar industry as Head of Marketing and Operations from 1991 to 2001.  His aspiration has also carried him to middle east where he worked in the renewable energy sector for 2 to 3 years. In the year 2001-2002 he setup his brainchild DSSPL with a vehement drive to light up every life. Mr. Raya holds an engineering degree in Mechanical department from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Mrs.Bhanumathi

Director and Head of R&D

Mrs. Bhanumathi holds an engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from Mysore University. She is the one who has made DSSPL’s presence felt  globally by strongly acting towards tapping natural resources and channelizing the same into various applications energized by solar power. Mrs. Bhanumathi, spearheads production and the R&D departments keenly intent in ensuring that the deadlines are seldom crossed and the customer gets the best and nothing less. She ascertains that the product of the quality supplied meets client’s satisfaction

Mr. Prashanth K J

Manager- Business Development

Mr. Prashanth K J, the forefront with marketing strategy till the execution of the projects , to promote the company’s products with executing the projects & services across pan India. He has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. The procedures and increased their industry profile through strategic planning and business development endeavors resulting in opportunities for growth with new clients and projects. He is responsible for the company’s increasing development and expansion efforts into high growth. His keen and innovative insights in the areas of forecasting and sales force development have enabled the sales growth.  His priceless work experience as business associate has reaped a big bouquet of prime customers. Exceptional ability to organize and facilitate project team, also to interface with public agencies.

Mr.Rajesh.D

Project Manager Head of Design & Project Execution

Mr. Rajesh.D Is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. Deals with the Project Designing and signing off on contracts, participation in tender process i.e. design, submission and review costing, execution and completion along with client interaction from the start to till handover of the project. Has executed projects with Central Governments and State Governments, for which he has travelled wide and far across PAN India. Through this, he has achieved a skill set and strategy to handle the projects. His strong critical thinking capabilities to solve problems as they arise and finely-tuned communication skills to ensure everyone remains informed, motivated, and onboard. The direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Mr. Rajesh D holds an Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronics department. He has worked under various organizations of over 13 years and is currently working as Head of Design & Project Excecution – in DSSPL.
